For one thing, the universe doesn't have a "center," so Oa can't be it.
The universe is also boundless, so splitting it up into 3600 slices would still give you infinitely large slices, even if you could do that in the first place. The universe being boundless also means it doesn't have a wall around it, much less a "Source Wall."
Then there's all that stuff about relativity that's ignored by the comics. Being able to travel to other star systems and galaxies and getting back home without everyone you knew and loved being long dead. There being absolutely no issues with the relativity of simultaneity, and somehow a universal time measuring/ordering system.
It's stuff that you necessarily have to be willing to just handwave and ingore as necessary deviations from reality if you're going to be able to read a GL comic.
