He's stated he hates Dick Grayson because Dick being an adult needlessly ages Bruce and has tried, multiple times, to have him killed most famously in Infinite Crisis where he only got talked out of it by Johns at the last minute when Johns agreed to kill off Superboy instead. Even then he's somewhat gotten his way with Ric Grayson.
Wally and Kyle's treatments under him are both obvious. He joined DC as a high level editor in 2002 and two years later we got Green Lantern: Rebirth. In general he seems to hate both the Teen Titans and Young Justice (he bitched that Young Justice "didn't sell enough" and despised Slobo) and one of the first things that happened after he joined DC, in 2003, was Teen Titans/Young Justice: Graduation Day which violently ended Young Justice and killed Donna Troy (he really, really seems to hate the idea of sidekicks, especially sidekicks growing up).
There's also the systematic dismantling of the JLI characters under his tenure because he seems to flat out hate fun: the rape and death of Sue Dibney (also Doctor Light was a Teen Titans villain and generally more light hearted), death of Elongated Man, death Ted, generally turning the JLI into grim and serious characters.
Basically he seems to have a very strict view of how he wants the comic to be. That is using the classic Silver Age standbys (and largely only the A-listers) and keeping them relatively little changed in terms of status quo. Iconic and static could be is motto because to him this is what will make for the best/easiest way to adapt to TV and movies. He also desperately wants DC to be Marvel in tone and content and has been chasing that for over 15 years.
