Well, look at the Loud House. Each girl has their own gimmick, right? So their characters all revolve around that particular gimmick. In Lucy's case, she's a goth, so she is into vampires, likes to eat blood oranges, keeps a pet bat, is a member of a mortician's club, etc. Everything the characters like or are involved in is tied to their identity as stock characters (the ditz, the nerd, the jock, etc.) If Luz was a character in the Loud House, she'd be "the quirky one."
Meanwhile, Anne doesn't feel like so much of a stock character because her interests are more eclectic. She likes manga but isn't a nerd because she likes sports but she isn't a jock because she likes to have spa days but she isn't a girly girl because she can use a sword but she's not a tomboy because etc etc etc. Anne feels more like someone you can meet one day in class or walking along the street while Luz feels more like a walking ball of "quirky things."
Of course, all these different aspects of Anne were shown to use over the course of the first season, so Luz still has plenty of time to get fleshed out too. >>112680066>Lori>pedo
She's literally 17. Are you one of those dumb Edafags who screams pedo anytime you see anons liking a cartoon girl who doesn't use dentures?
