I remember finding the pilot on YouTube when I was 10 and getting extremely hyped for it to air. It was pretty good but the story got weaker as time went on. Show had both mass normie appeal and a cult fandom, not much more you can ask for success wise. Regular Show was better.>SU
Literally zero normies like this show, the majority aren't even aware of it's existence. It has some good things going for it, but kind of dumped it all away with the rushed finale. Don't mistake this as being the show of 4chan since normies don't like it, no this is basically Homestuck 2.0 of the 2010's. I've never seen it generate any memes
Closing thought: How the fuck do these over payed story boarding l*beral babies manage to be so lazy they can't even draw good storyboards? Like imagine having a slave do 99.9% of your work yet you still fuck everything up.>OTGW
It was a cool show, it came and went and honestly there's nothing wrong with that. I saw it years ago and mostly forgot about it. In retrospect the aesthetic is great.>Gravity Falls
I'm not really sure how popular it was with normies, but it was a great show honestly. I've yet to see something with that few episodes have that much plot progression (recommend me some shows anons). Somehow the writing was really funny, and only made me cringe once with an shitty advice dog template meme. The ending was alright except the show's portrayal of Mabel's toxic clinging narcissism as right and Dipper's desire to be the best he can be as wrong.
Honestly? Accidental social commentary on the nature of narcissistic western women.
Constantly screaming characters, farts, bright colors, lots of movement, cheap animation, so popular it takes every time slot. It's the winner of 2010 animation. Don't even pretend your show made as much plastic bullshit sales as this show did. I guarantee this show contributed to ocean plastic pollution more than most medium sized companies.
