Galactus and heralds would be really good matches for Superman, especially some of the recurring villain ones like Terrax and Airwalker.
Doom using his doombots and magic would do a little better against Superman, plus his things like cosmic powers device and constant collecting objects of power he might do better against Superman in a fight.
Ronan and the Kree as well as Super Skrull would be good fights for Superman too
Brainiac would be a great villain for the FF, as someone who can physically match the team and intellectually match Reed.
Luthor would be a better main rival as someone who is also inventing super advanced machines apart from Reed, but has the sense to make a financial empire out of his inventions. Lex might see Reed as more of a rival than Reed would view him.
Parasite would do well against the FF most of the time
Henshaw is a better evil opposite of the FF, especially if his crew survives and they make an evil team.
