>collecting human stuff That in of itself would not mean anything if not for how she was selling it, i.e. like a traveling salesman, and carnival worker, the type of people who are known for being con-artists and liars by trade?
>being King's friendKing is delusional and proclaims himself to be superior than he truly is being a "king of demons". Why would she keep someone like that around hm? In-universe it's unclear, but character traits aren't chosen randomly, they tend to have narrative purpose, mostly to play off each other and provide new perspective in the plot. To say nothing about all the other hints, like the real reason Eda has a bounty on her head is because the warden has the hots for her, or Luz's whole thing about her being an outcast and con-artists are generally not trusted by society by nature? Or the fact the literal first episode calls her a liar?
All this is just the first episode that has very in terms of plot, mind you. Granted it all boils down to the actual show and shows can and do fuck with their own logical plot progression all the time, but all this isn't out of nowhere you dipshit.
>other than a bad fan theoryOh you mean like Ooo being Earth the entire time in AT?
Or Grunkle Stan having a literal long lost brother?
Or Rose Quartz being Pink Diamond?
Where the fuck have you been the last 10 years of animated television? These are fucking shows made for children, the tend to make it as easy as possible for them to understand.
