Anyway. Hazbin Hotel is trying to get a lot done in a short amount of time. There's more characters. More lore and a larger plot to cram into ten minutes. So, Hazbin Hotel moved at a breakneck pace and didn't give you time to digest anything. This wouldn't be so bad if they weren't also trying to push humour. Meaning that you hardly get time to enjoy a joke before more jokes or more plot details get thrown your way.
Helluva Boss is simpler; less characters, simpler goal and minimal lore, and that works more in the favour of a ten minute pilot. I get why Hazbin did what it did. But Helluva Boss works better as a presentation of what the final product will be like.
