It has some flaws to be sure, but the songs are great, the animation solid (though it looks a little dated now), and the characters work well enough (Elsa, precious cinnamon bun, etc).

Was really boring desu, I watched it when it came out and didn't understand the love or hate for it. Only memorable thing was a few songs.
