They've been trying over at Marvel to get Red Wolf into the upper tier. I guess a Native American cowboy from the Cowboy Dimension who can talk to wolves seems like a cool but wasted concept if no one wants to use him. The only thing going for him is that hes bros with Hawkeye and is dating Nightshade but never shows up all that much whenever they show up. Also for some reason he cant talk to wolves lately, which means hes just some guy who's good at using guns.

I guess marvel wants to have a Native lead but doesnt know what to do with him. They could use American Eagle or Puma or Black Crow but I guess they're too interesting for that.

Puma is literally great and it’s a crime we haven’t gotten more of him. He’s a businessman, essentially the “Black Panther” of his tribe, is a were-catman, and operates in NM without any real superhero presence. He’s a great villain to me for Ben Reilly. A Native American BP type villain/antihero would be successful.

I would unironically read a Native team book. Loved Forge that guy is so based. Could you also imagine Warpath and Thunderbird on the same team? Would be good. Maybe also take Shaman from Alpha Flight.

He could be a Royal Latverian guard and I can see that. I can also see him (as I said) being a BK villain. He seems perfect for it.

Well now that all xmen can be revived I guess it would make sense to have both Proudstars on the same team or at least interacting. Granted since Warpath was created simply to be a stand in for his brother there really isnt anything that separates the two at all from both powers and personality.

I used to be kinda mad that GOTG and Gunn's approach was a success because it would keep Agents of Atlas from getting made due to similarities (Spaceman, guy stuck in a different time, warrior woman, giant monster with no skin who doesn't talk much and debuted in a horror anthology, wisecracking talking animal), but then when I considered how butchered they would get, I was actually grateful.

This, I love that MCU worked with the AntMan franchise making the fighting style shrink oriented, it’s really fun and awesome to see. Spot could do something similar, have a portal style fighting technique. Fuck now that I think of it Spot in AM3 wouldn’t be bad. Or Beetle.
