Such a question has many possible answers. Let us see it case by case, right? From the left to the right.>Pearl
Only if she has been rejuvenated. Or, to be more accurate, while I do not like "Depressed and or Angry dyke pearl" I would greatly enjoy having a being who was made to like me. After all, if all gems are made for a purpose, then having one that was made to like you isn't a problem.>Lapis
Looks good, but has a shit personality, out of the question.>Spinel
Cute, but without the tons of stuff added by the fandom i am not so sure she is a good waifu. If we're talking young spinel, like in the picture, then it's pretty obvious she's more of a dog-like companion than a waifu.>Amethyst
Laidback, she sounds cool to hang out with but she's not one of the best-looking ones. >Sapphire
She may look overall nice, and may even be good sometimes, but i reckon she is not a good waifu unless you're really into being ignored.>Peridot
A rather great choice. She is zany, but rather enjoyable to see and watch. She is overall nice, and has an design that is rather good. I reckon the problem here would be the fact that she grows smaller with every episode, for some reason. There is a line between a shortie and a kid-looking midget, and she's nearly passing it. >Ruby
Pretty good choice. If you find one that's not too hotheaded, then good. That's about it, she has a cute enough design and some of them don't seem to be too bad.>Jasper
Truly one for those who like amazonians. She would be a possible waifu, had it not been for her hatred towards organics and especially towards weaklings, which includes all humans who aren't named Steven Universe.
Overall, I reckon that from this set, the only choices worth considering for an real waifu, if based upon the real characters rather than just the gem type, would be post-movie spinel, peridot, ruby and (albeit a harder pick) jasper.
