>>111971398On the one hand, people online are violent psychotic assholes who not only actively try and succeed at getting little children to kill themselves for fun, but sometimes physically kill people by going to their houses and killing them, doxxing them to murderous stalkers who murder them, swat so that innocent random people get shot to death, etc. and a ton of their behaviour can't be brushed aside lightly because it's criminal and included killing people including just random unlucky people and other innocent people.
On the other hand, ever since people have been making art, people have been total and complete obsessive, psychotic, stalking cunts to artists throughout time and history for no fucking reason because mental illness, jealousy, bitterness, vitriol, obsession, and so forth but yeah sure, sometimes legitimately hating or disagreeing with something and just being too much of a persistant duck about it.
For thousands of years, anyone who made so much as a scribble or sang a goofy song has just had to be prepared for throngs about people screaming about how they should be raped and killed and sometimes having that happen because people are fucking crazy. It has always come with the territory.
