I legitimately think that the cat will never come back and this episode finale was just trying way, way, way too hard to make Rick seem like a tragic character who's "seen some shit" as it were. We've already done that song and dance, though.

The cat is a being similar to Kyubey from Madoka Magica, and what Rick and Jerry saw was the process of creating a magical girl. This also explains why the cat is ashamed of his past, as it involved him robbing little girls of their innocence, and potentially leading them to their deaths

Plot A aint better

Weakest ep in the weakest season. Not even after credits is funny.
At this point I am starting to think making this season plot heavy with Evil Morty / Tammy conflict woulda been a better strategy

Ye, s3 had some family drama in it, but at least it had funny moments. S4 is pure cringe for me and a lack of good jokes. Wait until we see the interdimensional cable ep, it will be so shit even RnM fans will hate the show
