The days grow colder, the nights grow longer. That means /co/ Christmas cheer is coming to town. Grab some cocoa, turn on the Christmas music, get comfy, and hang out with some /co/mrades as we share stories and get into the holiday spirit.
As previous years, share your Amazon wishlist and some random Anon may purchase a holiday gift for you. Be sure to gift another Anon in return so we can spread the cheer far and wide.
Please check the Pastebin to learn how to get your wishlist code, add a shipping address, the benefits of using AmazonSmile, and all other information.
Last year we had 169 gifted anons, some more than once.
Ungifted lists:
pastebin.com/GiSViFxH
All lists:
pastebin.com/9WnLPeVr
To get your wishlist code, open your wishlist on Amazon, then copy the 11 digit number from the link. It will look like this:
amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/###########
We just need the ###########
Missing Address: When viewing your list, click the "…" in the upper right hand corner. From there click "Manage List" which will give you a few options including “Shipping Address”. While you’re here please check “Third party shipping agreement”. That will allow anons to buy you stuff that isn’t sold by amazon.
Please post when you buy something from a wishlist, either post the code again or link to their post of the code. Amazon has made it so we can't check to see what's been purchased.

***Begin Hint***
Merry Christmas Batboobs! Your old pal Eddie is back and he's ready for your screams of pain! If you thought my last puzzles were hard well you're in for a surprise this year. I like to think that my gift to you Anons every year is showing you what the human mind is capable of, well at least my human mind. So in that spirit let's begin. The first riddle is so easy I almost feel bad giving it to you. As always all answers are lowercase unless otherwise denoted.
It's a chilly time of year, the kind of chill that makes you want to stay in and watch a movie. What movie would a tactical operator love? Remember some answers aren't as obvious as others and you may need to REMAIN COLD.

I spend most of every year excited for Halloween and Christmas, then they come and go without it feeling like they were properly here, and I've never done enough festive stuff for either. It also never feels like Christmas anymore, I think because it comes back around so quickly these days that it doesn't feel like it's been long enough for it to be Christmas again.

From the patron saints for December 3rd I decided to go with Saint Francis Xavier, from the Sixteenth century. Not only did he *live* in a society, he created it - by which I mean he was one of the co-founders of Society of Jesus AKA the Jesuits. But the memes don't stop here - as the first Christian missionary to Japan, he has the power of God AND Anime on his side. Due to his extensive missionary experience he's also apparently a patron saint of half the fucking world, from Alexandria, LA, USA to Zagreb, Croatia.

co.uk ? This morning in the other secret Santa my list got bought out. I ended up with £365 of stuff bought for me when I woke up. Theres now six different anons from there who have had their list bought out. I've had it done twice.
I want the list removing so I'm not the stain on /co/s everyone gifted streak. I have most definitely been gifted this Christmas season.
If any one cares to follow the saga I've changed the entire list to top of the line consoles. If he wants to come buy out the list a third time he's going to have to prove he's Uber rich. Nothing short of a thousand quid will wipe the list this time. I want to see how deep this rabbit hole goes.

Sappy, but not TOO sappy. I really hate It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas, simply because that song was played to death in my country for an ad campaign. I love Fairytale of New York, but again it's played to death.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpfHSqLXePI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmm1gt_2SkQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJPc7esgvsA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwacxSnc4tI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HkJHApgKqw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvDxSW8mzvU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQhuoY5h2kE Those last two have a lot of significance to me, especially The Darkness' tune. When my older brother was at university, he sometimes had to spend Christmas with his girlfriend's family all the way in Liverpool, so the whole idea of only spending Christmas for a little while with your loved ones because we're all so busy took on a lot of meaning to me.
Ooh, that was heavy. let's see... what Christmas songs do I hate? Santa Baby can fuck off; I know Eartha Kitt was all about songs that were kind of subversive, but that song is just too sleazy. Merry Xmas (War Is Over) has a good message, but Yoko can't sing and it's too damn preachy. Most Wonderful Time is the perfect example of "too sappy", although the line "everyone telling you 'Be of good cheer'" is great if delivered with a sardonic tone, so I guess it gets a pass.

All he wanted was a good days work out of literally any one and he never got it. Then the Muppets finally got some ghost Muppets to taunt him in his sleep and he just snapped, went insane and became just like them. He just couldn't take it any more where even his own bed was now a place for them to torment him.
