you can't address a lot of these issues without considering men's issues and vice-versa
if you really want to pull on the mental breaks, consider what happens if a woman abuses/rapes a man [roofies, teachers, parents, intentionally punctured condoms, blackmail, you name it] which then follows pregnancy where the victim does not want the child
i'm pro-choice, but in this case, is the man forced to accept the decision of the rapist? admittedly a very unlikely occurance, but a realistic what-if and one of many, perhaps more commonly occuring issues similar to this [not just within domestic relationships] that happen
ironically, female-exclusive issues like the inability to legally 'tie your tubes' in many places unless you've already had children gets mostly ignored
feminism did advocate - regardless of it's terminology - for equality however, so it would be logical to continue to use it as such, like for example refering to a manhole as a manhole or mankind as a mankind when clearly it isn't refering to a specific gender/sex
however, the way feminism is portrayed and in many ways, understood today is that it is a movement based on sexism directed towards the male sex for personal gain out of fear and/or malicious intent
since people will label you as part of a group no matter what, perhaps it's time to move away from the label instead of needing to explain that 'you're not that kind of feminist', moving on with the times
