Not without toning LOTS and LOTS of it down so that it is commercially viable for studio production.
That means the character designs are going to have to get a lot simpler, with fewer details and colors.
Whole lot less totally unnecessary movement
Cut the cast in half and remove unnecessary side characters that only take up time and money for no gains
Hire a color director, do something about the red on red with hints of red palette because that will not work for any tv
And yea maybe they can do it. But it will be a show with a cast of about 6 people, with blues and greens seen on screen, and much less ropey bendy movement from everyone that is talking.
