I genuinely think Marvel writers are retarded... Anyway, last time I saw him was in the Avengers World AXIS tie-in where Doom beats him up to prove to Valeria that he's a hero.

They nerfed him considerably. The last time I read anything about him, Moon knight had managed to not die and Carol knocked Nefaria down with one punch.
Back in 2000s I remember that not even the united Avengers managed to contain it.
