The boys decide to just relax and play a normal backyard game, pretending to be toy surgeons in the ER. No LOTR-style quests, no Stick of Truth/Fractured But Whole craziness, no becoming real cops. Just playing and having fun like real kids. Naturally,
the boys are getting serious over their games again, this time turning the story into an incredibly graphic thriller.
Following the gruesome and almost ritualistic mutilation of several neighborhood toys, the boys must deal with the fallout.
>Dr. Stan is determined to solve the case, but his sleepless nights, anger issues, past traumas and prescription drug (candy) take a toll on his psyche
>Cartman goes on the run because everyone suspects him. He takes his mom's Antonio Banderas doll with him because he thinks they'll be targeted by the culprit, and he wants to save him for some reason. He eventually gets involved in the case and returns.
>Kenny is the slutty nurse who works with the culprit. Feels guilt and goes to Kyle for advice.
>Kyle just thinks the whole thing is stupid and just plays a game with Butters. The others will try to rope him into the narrative. They seek his advice/confidant-ship and misconstrue his complaints as profound wisdom
>Clyde is Stan's candy dealer who encourages Stan's addiction, but loses his nerve when he sees Stan go off the deep end
>Stan makes Bebe be his tough boss who wants to fire him, though she decides to also seduce him
>Wendy is a business woman. She wants to play, but her logical ideas keep ruining the story and taking everyone out of their immersion.
>Some other character is a hardboiled noir detective on the case.
>Butters quits his game to be Professor Chaos. He's just a cartoonish supervillain in an otherwise-grounded story, but his twists are more fun than Wendy's ideas so they roll with it
>Turns out that Mrs. Stotch did it to get everyone to drop their game and play with Butters. She's caught and gets grounded by her parents.
