The show is pretty pedagogic and discuss how sexuality is normal, no matter how weird, stupid or very cringe the learning curve can be. It's the opposite of puritanism since it isn't harmful in any way and can be informative or reassuring whenever you're a teen or an adult. The anti-sexualized artstyle is a smart choice given what the show tries to tackle.
The writting is pretty decent otherwise so just give it a try and drop it if it's not your thing.
