>>110443304>>110443971So, maybe start with a two parter. First issue opens with a kid having a nice day, but what's with the weird guy? Dad pushes him away and-OH NO, ZOMBIES! And then you get Eggman showing off his latest plot and Stsrline having concerns, and all seems screwed, but what's that on the horizon? It's Sonic! So you get a second issue where Sonic realizes what's going on and just barely avoids infection, and the story is about him rescuing civvies while avoiding zombots ans bad is, simple enough. You get a one off where Sonic is dashing between places all over, helping people out, while Eggman schemes and you get little seeds from Starline and have Tails working on his cure. Maybe have two more one offs from here, creative zombie problem solving. The Chaptox are trying to navigate a city whose streets are full of zombots, their solution is flight with Whisper serving as their protection, sniping badniks and zoms, complications ensue. Maybe Knuckles and Tangle are trying to take down Eggman's flying goo dumper with Silver. Spread in little bits of Tails struggling with the cure, maybe getting stumped, realizing Eggman's gotten wise on what they're doing by spying on their network. Hit a midpoint where things are looking up and BAM. THE ZETI ARE HERE. Old fans get it, new fans quickly understand. You can have Starline defect or play coy, copy, now it's a three way conflict, and the zombots are smarter, faster, stronger, and focused. The status quo the last six issues built is upset, they're coming for Tails in force, we get an issue where he fends them off as he tries to send his cure to the others. The heroes are torn between fighting the tangible threat (the Zeti/Eggman) and saving people, the action ramps up! Oh no, Shadow has turned! Things are looking bleak! Penultimate issue, Sonic is infected, WHO WILL SAVE US?!?!
