1) 2 in the AM PM was the prototype for Regular show and made back in 2006.
2) Adventure time's pilot was made in 2007. And pitched to Nick at first.
3) Flapjack was only a concept back in 2001, 2 years after Spongebob was made. And it wasn't even fleshed out until pilot animations had been created for the other shows.
In other words:
Orman probably came up with Flapjack to cash in on Spongebob's success, and Regular Show/Adventure Time didn't take any influence from it.

You can't say a show had influence if it didn't even exist yet. How was Flapjack supposed to influence any of those shows if it didn't actually exist?
