This is simply due to a few factors. They are too dependent on bilingual people, and they don't ever go outside their community of other illegals, in which they can work under the table for some places in which they would not need to learn english.
In major cites in the southern US, they are less likely to commit violent crime, but they are more likely to be uninsured, yet still drive, this is why California has the most hit and runs. I myself have been the victim in 2, and it fucking sucks.
Whether or not we support immigration, I would think that illegal immigration would be frowned upon, I mean, in that logic, every person in third world countries would love to live in the US, should we let them all in? Who would pay for them and their children?
not to mention, they are changing the communities they live in because they tend to live close together, which are causing middle class people to leave, thus the communites are becoming dangerous, and a hot spots for crime.
