>>109674944Give it a shot, the first season is pretty nice but it went through some changes in the staff between season 1 and 2. It's really more of hit or miss shows, some hits are really good and some misses are just boring.
Personally I stopped watching it around season 3 because they made a weird decision to make the moment in story where Shredder returns, Turtles get beaten and hide in April's Summer house the plot for half of the season and dedicated it to references to horror movies. A neat idea in concept, but you also have to think about it in context of time because TMNT 2k12 had pretty bad hiatuses between episodes, after some time I just gave up because for months you've been just waiting for plot to remember that it exists, you can't carry a show for months on your sick horror movies homages.
Personally, I think 2k3 Turtles were might tighter, had better story and story progression and overall pretty solid fillers, however after season 3 it hit this weird phase of not knowing what to do and it went a bit of downhill after that and finality is a hit or miss thing. 2k12 on the other hand are overall much weaker, but I don't feel like it ever hit this point that they didn't know what to do, in fact, if you love what these guys are doing you are going to have a great time.
