Which makes sense, they're ultimately a Nativist Protestant White Supremacist group, Nazis are foreign and the wrong kind of Christians at best straight up Heathens at worst.
Meanwhile American culture in general was just repugnant, hypocritical, and a hodgpe podge of nonsense to Europeans and Nazism had ethnic lines in which Americans did not fit.
