>Tumble (Carnage) is a symbiote using surfer lad who is actively trying not to kill anyone with his dangerous symbiote powers and gives out important life lessons like he's a 90's PSA character to children
>Mister Salvation (Doctor Doom) is less a person and more an idea. It's multiple anarchists, without a state, no home at all, but with skills that make them a threat to the villains that have a firm grasp over the world.
