Spider-Man: The Sinister Six
>Vulture, Scorpion, and Shocker are broken out of prison by Doc Ock, Mysterio (still alive), and Sandman (who has a device that controls sand nanobots)
>They plot their revenge on Spider-Man, who they know is Peter, failing twice, then succeeding the third time, catching him and preparing to kill him
>Just as Shocker is about to land the killing blow, his gauntlet overloads, shorting out all the villain's devices, giving Peter time to escape
>The group blames Shocker for screwing up the plan and kick him out, the new member, Green Goblin, mocking him as he leaves, dejected
>Turns out Vulture rigged the glove to cause the EMP because he respects Peter and only wanted him roughed up, not murdered
>Credits scene shows Shocker in a "villains anonymous" meeting, full of C-listers and a very smug Australian-American man with a thing for boomerangs
The Superior Foes of Spider-Man
>Shocker has joined the Superior Six, his self-confidence in shambles and not being helped by the fact that Boomerang, the team leader, is a giant backstabbing asshole
>The group, at first, plan a heist for some ayy tech the mafia wants, but Boomerang discovers a super rare and thought destroyed painting of Tony Stark, which he decides to steal instead of the ayy tech
>He tells the now very mad mob boss that he's got something better, and the group plan to sell it for mad cash
>Then the backstab tango begins, Boomerang leaving his crew in the Mafia's clutches so he can get the reward for himself
>The Sinister Six show up and take the painting, but not before the Shocker finally gets revenge on GG for mocking him
>Shocker becomes the new don (because he has the still living head of the old don), Overdrive and Beetle become partners in love and crime, Speed Demon goes clean and delivers pizza to care for his new dog, and Boomerang is hauled off to jail
>Credits scene shows him making a newspaper boomerang, smirking, and saying "These guys, right?"
