Steven is most certainly the worst part of the show. Every episode is focused on him so if they want to do an episode about a Townie or a Gem they have him tag along which ruins pacing and the character interactions.

What? Every episode FEATURES him but isn't necessarily ABOUT him. I get the criticisms story-wise, but character-wise he's absolutely one of the best characters in the show. His growth and development is undeniable.
