the best example i have of this is a webm of a fat black girl throwing shit and throwing punches at a planet fitness employee, who was only circling around and not throwing punches or saying anything. that is basically the only things we can do if someone is trying to harm a particular employee, other employees also cant stop in and hold her back unless it is security; they can only watch. shit emolpyee bystanders cant even say mean words back. even if someone did make contact with me and is throwing punches, whether to my head or arm of any severity, i can only wait for security and basiclaly have to take it like a bitch, you know, just like whenever a woman punches a guy in public cause if the guy punches back, the guy will get swarmed by a bunch of dudes just like in the OP,
