Personally, Bluehilda was average. The animation was expressive and fast-paced, the jokes could get a little flat at times, but some of them were good, and the plot was nothing special.
The only thing I really didn't like was Bluehilda's VA. Her voice was grating like nails on a chalkboard, and it got on my nerves.
But all in all, it was okay.
