Either Batman dies alone, or he married Selina or Talia. Both are criminals, but Talia is a murderer while Selina is an burglar. So there's either going to be some reforming on their part or moral compromising on Batman's part. But realistically, they're the only women in Gotham on his level.

Ivy, Vicki, Zee, Canary, Harley, and even Babs are just casual flirtations at most, and fanfiction tier romance at best. None come close to Bruce when compared to Talia or Selina. No woman understands him the way they do.

And Wondy? Yeah she's a friend. But not much more. Sex with her would kill him, which is the least weird part of their parting, with her being hundreds of years older than him.

We all know /co/ doesn't actually read comics, so it's a bit much expecting people here to remember runs older than 2 or 3 years. But the preoccupation with King's shitty writing doesn't prove much either way. It just shows that it can be done badly.
