1. It's hard to find a woman that's exceedingly beautiful and also talented at acting. Highly beautiful women can dedicate themselves to modeling, while on the other hand men like Hemsworth have a better shot at making it big in Hollywood rather than being a male model, which are paid a lot less than their female counterparts
2. Females need to be genetically gifted to have outstanding bodies. While this is also true with males, men have the option to use steroids to achieve superhero-like bodies. On the other hand, nobody other than anavar fetishists like roided women.
3. In the current cultural climate, it's female objectification is controversial, not so much male objectification, the latter is in fact many times glorified. Studios would rather play it safe and sexualize men for the female audience (Thor, Aquaman) than incur the wrath of the usual suspects by making a female character too overtly sexy.
