That "rivalry" is propagated and forced by shitposters that enjoy controversy more than they enjoy anything about Satina, and more than they hate anything about Hazbin Hotel. People love to drum up stupid factions and turn everything they can into a shit flinging 'console war' because it's fun, and because it's EASY. And they'll use anything they can find, popular or not.
I agree that it's irritating, but don't attack the people that are here in good faith because of something they genuinely like about this - instead join me in deriding the retards trying to turn something nice and fun and positive into yet another stupid internet fight for their fucking e-drama fix, but mostly in enjoying Satina because it's cute and pleasant and a neat idea.
