>>107819623No, I'm not going with the Black Sabbath song because of the name, since it has very little, if anything, to do with the actual character. But honestly, it's hard to come up with a song for him. Do you touch on his techy/"futurist" side? The Modern-Day Knight? The rich businessman? The adventurer? The sad, lonely man? I did my best, in any case.
First things first, I stripped him of his secondary characteristics and went straight to the source. Sure, he's an adventurer, but he's not Nathan Drake; that part of him is of lesser importance. Sure he's rich which is how he gets to realize his dreams, but that's a storytelling device, he's not defined by his money in the way that someone like Daniel Plainview is. He's a womanizer, but not in a hedonistic way, he's the classic "God's lonely man", looking for love but unable to seal the deal for one reason or another. He's a super-hero, but not in the way that other tights are. He's an alcoholic, and generally prone to addiction, but that's a problem to overcome, not something that defines him like a hard-boiled detective or cop ala Max Payne. So we're left with the Futurist, the Knight and the Romantic. So I went looking for something Futuristic, Hopeful, sort-of Epic and a bit Sappy. In the end, I came up with this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKQfxi8V5FASome will probably feel that this isn't that good a fit, since it could fit lots of science-based characters, but I digress. Doom would feel more at home with something about Conquest or the Dark Arts. Reed's first and foremost an explorer and family man. Pym would fit better with something purely robot/AI-based. Meanwhile Stark's the guy who worries about the future, about the soul of man merged with machinery, about the impact of technology's advancement, all that jazz. He's the Man of the Future who's not blinded by the Sun.
