Regardless -Donating to planned parenthood will not help that in any way shape or form. Since the law will almost inevitably go to the supreme court, then there's no amount of money that will help that, since it's not a matter of lobbying in the legislative branch, but the judiciary which is completely separate.
Even if planned parenthood woke up tomorrow with several million dollars in donations, it would not change the process that's to come in one way or another.
