But in doing so, he created masses who were way to complacent having heros solve all the problems. Much like Protoman's 'There are no heros left in man' quote. Further, by tackling the world problems, it only led arm's race cycle of making larger and larger adversaries, to the point where heros are not only necessary to solve these problems, they are mandatory. After all, no sacrifice is too great in the face of 'ultimate evil.' Rights, liberties, life itself? All can be sacrificed.
Or maybe I just really want a good Dr. Doom Movie. Idk
