I thought that when i saw all the hoo-hah after it's release. Remember when Mike Tyson, simpleton millionaire pugilist, was locked up for years on a rape conviction? The supposed victim said she saw him the next day after the alleged attack and he ignored her, she then said if he'd only said something everything would have been okay. Turns out that's not what rape victims say, ever. She was just a woman scorned being vindictive.
Then there's that clip of MJackson saying yes, he did let kids sleep with him on sleepovers at Neverland. He even said "...it's the most loving thing you can do with someone." and i remember thinking "Well, not really Michael." because i'm an adult. The only way he could think and talk that way is if he's been able to spend years convincing himself he's a little kid. Fucken weird, yes, but not criminal and not sexually predatory.
TLDR people are going to look back at this time and complain about a few of these cases and how they discredited a real array of legit grievances.
