>>107231382yes no Muslim is going to read this comic when the main character surrounds herself with so much haram. I am not being ironic and don't even hate Muslims in the slightest. I'm simply being realistic. Sana Amanat can either push pro-Islam propaganda or she can push pro-LGBTQ propaganda, but you can't push both at the same time without isolating and pushing away both of these demographics. True Muslims will never look up to a character who spends so much time being haram, and hangs out with LGBTQ+ infidels. Progressive LGBTQ+infidels generally hate religion and do not want Ms Marvel to be a Muslim in anything other but label.
Ms Marvel either needs to go full positive Muslim role model, or ditch the Islam gimmick (which is all it is in the comic, Ms Marvel is hardly Muslim in her behavior, it's just used as a gimmick to sell her as unique).
You cannot have the best of both worlds in the same time.
Having Ms Marvel embrace her religion and abandon her kafir haram friends WOULD BE INTERESTING. Building her super hero ideals around her religion WOULD BE INTERESTING. You cannot have that if she keeps hanging out with her LGBTQ+ harem, that will just turn real Muslims away from her. If you want to go full LGBTQ+ you have to have her ditch Islam and become conflicted about the idea of how her religion of her family contradicts the progressive ideals she believes in.
Ms Marvel has never been depicted as a real actual Muslim, but if she was her comics might actually become interesting. As her comics are now, it's just a white bread Disney Channel shitcom.
