Depends on what show it was. From the top of my head I remember Avatar The Last Aribender was mostly chilean dubbing with some help from other countries, I believe.
As for anime I remember You're Under Arrest, Tenchi Muyo, Sorcerer Stabber Orphen, amongst others.

I know this is more of a /tv/ territory subject, but the worst part is that Turkish Dramas aren't even that popular anymore, but are super cheap to import so they keep trying to cram them down people's throats.
