obviously you can't have that in a comic, but in real life, surely he would do that. I mean he's a bad guy, he doesn't care if it offends people. Superheroes logically shouldn't either, since those sensibilities don't match those of real people, and they're outlaws anyway so having a dick flopping out isn't any more illegal than vigilantism
