It's a bootleg.
I often see them on Etsy.
I saw one for The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
I also made my own Blu-rays for New Girl since Fox never released it on Blu-ray (only DVD) and it was only shot in 720p (one of very few live action TV series still made in 720p, it's mostly only anime that's still 720p).
Thankfully, I got some downloads from iTunes, removed the DRM, took the DVD version's menus, audio and extras, and made a custom Blu-ray for the entire series, one disc per season.
720p is still HD and DVDs max out at 480p so I made my own Blu-ray.
The Blu-ray is much better since 720p is still much better than 480p, and 720p upscaled to 4K is better than 480p upscaled to 4K.
And instead of having around six to eight episodes per disc, the entire season is now on one disc.
Plus you get all of the bonus features on the DVD.
It may be a straight-up port of the iTunes downloads and DVD to Blu-ray but it's still an upgrade.
I also made my own CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays for my GOG catalogue, which I burn on CD-RW/DVD+RW/BD-RE so I can rewrite the files when GOG there is an update.
My GOG catalogue looks better on an actual shelf.
I don't have them for sale, though.
