I don't know what the fuck Hasbro is doing with the property. Some recent interview says that they're using Hanazuki as a means of experimenting with the market or something, but I just think they're incompetent.
Basing all of a property's merch on fucking tiny pieces of plastic in blind bags to use with ANOTHER piece of merchandise, or just palette swapped gumdrop rabbits. What a horrid idea for a show with so many cute designs. The Hanazuki plush looks downright amateurish, and no Kiazuki plush? Zikoro? Poseable Dazzlessence? That'd be an easy one, just a plastic diamond with a face and rubber limbs.
I love the show but Jesus, Hasbro has not handled it well.
