I don't think she'd probably do anything more than give her a urethra to dispose of waste, and I doubt if she gave her functioning lady bits, she'd probably avoid giving Jenny a functioning clitoris (can't let your robot daughter learn about masturbation).
I guess, in a more perfect world, Dr. Wakeman would probably give her the full works but I dunno about it in the world they live in.
