Not that anon, but in Future Fight there's only like 3 maps all of which are very short, and are constantly repeated. There is also no meaningful story within the levels themselves, whereas MUA had numerous hubs and large maps with multiple quests and bonus/hidden content. There is only one basic attack in Future Fight, so there are no combos, nor can you seamlessly combine basic attacks with powers like in MUA. And there are only a handful of powers that can be unlocked anyway, whereas MUA had enough that you could mix and match for different setups. There are teams, but the characters don't coexist on the field together except in coop which itself works very differently.
It really is not like MUA at all aside from being a Marvel-brand pseudo action rpg.
