I just don't have a use for a discount on either another hacked up piece of shit from them. I recalled people (probably in here) mentioning that third party sellers probably have their own storefronts where books are cheaper, and it's true from the few examples I looked up. Between this and Prime going up $20 with no gain to me I just feel really displeased.
>>105740988I got a HC the other day, which was the box example I gave. It's mostly fine other than a dent on the top of the spine. It's sewn so it's a pretty thin piece of covering material that got dented so at least I understand it. It was totally avoidable with a minimum of wrapping, but it's acceptable.
Today I got a softcover in a bag and this thing looks like a goddamn library book.
