That would definitely be the best platform for them.
Netflix has a bit more creative freedom as Amazon Prime and if it aired on regular TV it would be censored to hell and back.

I think it has potential too. But no potential to by that successful like before.
I think only as a free youtube series it has potential to be that hype again. Behind a netflix gate, noone on youtube can react to it, there are not so many that do series review, so it will be buried.

The short is categorized under indie episodic on Sundance’s website and the whole setup for the show is to introduce an uneventful town where stupid shit starts happening. It’s definitely the pilot.

Yeah but that was actually produced for the studio the other anon was talking about.
And then, I think it wasn't a week after the teaser that's mostly scenes from the pilot went online, was when the studio got bought out and shut down.
Right now they seem to look for potential networks or partners that could pick it up.
