Honestly I would bet my money more on her appearing in Spider-Verse or in the PS4 Spider-Man game but she would be a baby in the latter.
Spider-Verse because of the whole subplot of Peter B Parker and MJ breaking up because he didn't know if he wanted kids and now that he realized that he did they're most likely getting together.
In PS4 Spider-Man they had Aunt May tell Peter he and MJ would make beautiful babies and after the fake kid scare that Black Cat gave him we had MJ asking Peter if he wants kids and he looks at her longily and says that he would with the right person.
Also with Aunt May
dead in Peter B's universe and in the PS4 Spider-Man game there's more chances of Peter having a kid named May.
