The third act is a *little* weaker than the rest of the film, in particular compared to the Godsend second act that's practically just MacGregor and Cummings/ CR and Pooh working off each other. But seriously that was the best part of the movie and it's hard to top the return to the Hundred Acre Wood even if they didn't have the whole "chase" segment.
The way Christopher saves his friends' jobs feels like the same fare you see in every Disney movie, but fuck damn it, this movie was still a magical, wonderful, if possibly underappreciated, one.
If it didn't do well commercially, well, China has a rod up its ass because someone made a joke comparing their president to Pooh that stuck and as a result WtP stuff is banned over there now for thought crime reasons or whatever.
