He's the kind of guy that has his own code of honor and a harsh, draconian sense of justice. If he thinks you're doing wrong then he kills you, no moral quandaries involved. But he won't just murder people for no reason and might even help save the world if he feels the threat is serious enough.

He's got a certain nobility to him, but he's also very calloused by personal tragedies and has a huge ego due to his godlike powers.
