2) CBR was right about Aqualad leading the Justice League. They probably have seen more episodes so likely Traci 13/Jaime is referenced there.
In fact I think her inclusion in the team is probably because of the Blue Beetle comic. She is really not that well known outside of that and the Doctor 13 comic by Azzarello. But her being a teen hero I think lends more credence to the BB than Architecture and Mortality.
