Wanda's not a proper mutant, and she does not have a penis, so she's not an eligible heir.
Chthon has always seen himself as more Wanda's father than Magneto ever has, and he has much more thematic connection to Wanda than Mags.
Magneto has no connection to horror, and horror is Wanda's wheelhouse. Her character does not work at all in the kind of political stories that Magneto thrives on.
No one gives a fuck about Magda, Magneto never even mentioned her at all in hundreds of X-Men comics, writers never bothered with his relationship with her, thats how worthless she is. Magda is so shit no one will miss her.
