Plus, Walt convinced the Oscars to let a black actor attend the event (Baskett was nominated but not allowed to attend because he was black, Walt said he himself wouldn't show unless Baskett could come). Baskett was the first African-American to win an Academy Award, too.
As for the Jew thing, that's cause people think the Nazi Donald short is pro-Nazi, plus the incident where he was polite to a German filmmaker who came to the U.S., before anyone knew of the Nazis. So after the word got out they assumed Walt was in on it, even though he had no idea himself. Seth McFarlene loves to spread false info about this urban legend because he's an edgelord who hates Disney; most young people think Walt hated Jews because of Family Guy mentioning it a lot.
